The crater’s floor is a haven for wildlife, home to nearly 30,000 animals that thrive in this enclosed ecosystem. Visitors can expect to encounter a variety of species, including the Big Five—elephant, lion, buffalo, rhino, and leopard—alongside zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, and countless bird species. The dramatic landscape of the crater, with its lush green plains, acacia woodlands, and sparkling soda lakes, creates a perfect backdrop for game viewing and photography.

Tour Plan
Upon your arrival in Arusha, the gateway to Tanzania's northern safari circuit, you will be warmly greeted by a professional guide or driver. Arusha, located at the base of Mount Meru, offers a serene atmosphere with its cool climate and lush surroundings, making it the perfect starting point for your safari adventure.
After your airport pickup, you will be transferred to your hotel or lodge in Arusha, where you can relax and recover from your journey. Take some time to unwind, enjoy the hotel’s amenities, and prepare for the exciting days ahead. If time permits, you may choose to explore the vibrant town of Arusha, known for its bustling markets, cultural sites, and stunning views of Mount Meru.
Your guide will provide you with a briefing about the safari itinerary and ensure you are ready for the adventure. Overnight in Arusha, enjoying a peaceful evening before embarking on your safari to the Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park.
After breakfast, you will our we will pick you up with packed lunch boxes. Then we will drive to Serengeti National Park, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you will be able to have a view the Ngorongoro Crater. The drive will take about six hours, but this depends on spotting the wildlife along the way, especially on the southern plains. There might be an opportunity for you to have a stop by within Nabi gate where you will have your picnic lunch then proceed with the drive. Upon your arrival in central Serengeti, will have an afternoon game drive until evening whereby you will be taken to the lodge for an overnight stay and dinner too.

On this day, after having your warm breakfast, you will meet up with the guide ready to have a full day game drive in the park. This will be until in the evening, whereby after completing the game drive, you will return back to the lodge.

After an early breakfast, our guide will pick you up with a packed lunch box. Then, you will proceed with a drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a game drive along the route. Upon the arrival, you will start with a game drive until afternoon, whereby you will have lunch. You will then proceed with game drive until late afternoon, whereby you will be transferred to Arusha to the lodge or airport.
